Waterfront Hotel and Residences takes place around the Persian Gulf, United Arab Emirates.
Design building is divided in two parts consisting of the side garden and side of the building. The building area is 1.5 million square with residential buildings, hotels, homes, parking areas, retail store.
This building also has open areas like the swimming pool, also park along the side of the building, so that from inside the building to look directly into the sea (ocean view) and the most unique in this building can be seen from various directions.
The plan this building will be completed in 2012, with building design as an expression of this region’s history, according to the optimization Crescent-shaped appearance.
